Wow, I really need to check the results. :-D

But I still think they will advance, there's still a long way to go, at least three games.

NSH/DET was that boring? :thdn: At least I've seen the best on TV, Rinne made some great saves!

Weber was not suspended, but he was given a $2500 fine.....IMO he should have been suspended - it was a non-hockey cheap shot move

That wasn't dangerous but that was just stupid, he should've deserved one. At least 2 games.

wow so Krejci gets knocked down by a pane of glass that fell out when the fans were banging it while celebrating
The video looked brutal, way worse than most of the headshots that result in severe concussions...yet he seems alright
If he doesn't miss any games that's a mighty bullet dodged

Weber should have been suspended, and I daresay for more than a game or two. That was an ugly move that doesn't belong in any sport.

How's Krejčí, Danny? Gotta hope he's alright, that'd be terrible luck if he got hurt.

I just saw it on TV, that's just pure bad luck but at the same time it was funny. :-D It seems Krejci doesn't have any injury.

Starts well for Florida. NJ leads 3-0 with 23 shots with 5 min left to the first. :-D

What a game! The battle for Pennsylvania is really heating up. Superb playing by Giroux and Couturier. Im really pulling for Philly now, but still have that sneaking suspicion that the pens arent done yet.

That was one hell of a game! Been along time I haven't watched an exciting game like that! This was just wow after wow. :-p Claude Giroux is a goddamn machine, no complex in playoffs at all. :notworthy:

The Kings surprised me again......I know 7 games is a long series but damn both my prediction for LA/VCR and PIT/PHI are turning to be quite bad. :-p

On another sad news, Emile "butch" Bouchard, on of the oldest captain of the Montreal Canadiens. Has passed away at age 92. I'm glad they retired his number 3 years ago.

Both Flyers/Penguins games were fantastic...game 2 of the Canucks/Kings was OK...I haven't seen any Devils/Panthers but the rest haven't moved me.....currently watching game 2 of the Bruins/Capitals series - sure would be nice to see Ovechkin have a dominant game

A rough win, but a much needed win by the Sens. They're showing they can hang tough with the Rangers. Hagelin should definitely be suspended for that nasty hit in Alfie.

I've seen the hit and sure it was a cheap hit, maybe, but it seems like Hagelin was going for a shoulder tackle but his elbow hit Alfie's shoulder and then Alfie's head.

Everyone be ready at 15 pm. Pens and Flyers #3. I'm not gonna miss that one for sure! :-p And what a dramatic ending in the CHI/PHO game, in both game the Hawks tied with less than 5 sec to the game, poor Yotes fan. And after that a weird rebound on the board that lead to the winning goal by Bickell.

I've just watched game 3 between Flyers and Pens and I must say that I really like how the Flyers plays.

The game was good, but I missed the first period, because I was watching game 4 of the Swedish final ,where there was a lot of goals (Flyers won that period 4-2) and a lot of fights and probably a lot of suspensions according to the Swedish commentators.
The Flyers was the better team and won with 8-4, and Fleury got replaced by Johnson between the second and third period and the first shot that Philly had on Johnson went in.
And I'm impressed how good Jagr still is, even at his age he is still one of the best players.
In the end of the third James Neal delievered two ugly hits on Flyers player, first it was Couturier who Neal hit when he jump right into him, the referees missed that one and then Neal hit Giroux with his arms to the head and Giroux was groggy afterwards but could continue to play. The commentators said that the sad thing is that there are two reasons why Neal probably won't be suspended by the league. First, the players that he hit wasn't injured and second, he is good for the market value of the playoffs as he scored 40 goals this season.
One more thing, Crosby is a little coward (big surprise? :-p ), he provoked several Flyers players but he refused to drop the gloves. At the end he was close to get in a fight with Scott Hartnell but Craig Adams "rescued" him from Hartnell.

Another great game indeed! And of course Adams rescued Crosby, it's kinda is role to protect him. He knows that Crosby would've got his ass kicked really bad. :-p But seriously wow.....never have thought that they would lead 3-0. If this series finish in 4, that will be the most unexpected series of all.

I kinda think the Flyer players are hesitant to really drop the gloves and start punching Crosby (even if Crosby "started it" who wants to be known forever as the guy that knocked Crosby out of hockey forever due to another concussion).

I just read that Hagelin got 3 games for his “reckless” elbow/hit to the head on Alfredsson.....Carkner got 1 game for “continuing to inflict punishment upon an opponent who was an unwilling combatant” when he punched Boyle (can't really call it a fight)

I'm now cheering against Nashville due to Weber's bush league play (that IMO he should have been suspended for!).....I frequently disagree with charging/boarding calls, and I think far to many players put themselves into positions where it's natural they'll get hit from behind, but what Weber did was IMO bush league (and the fact that nothing was done by the NHL is stunning to me)

Florida just beat New Jersey and despite my efforts I just couldn't care.....I'm hoping the Canucks/Kings game will be good

Flyers rule. Canucks drool. That sums up the playoffs so far. No dream niño. Go caps!

Have Alex Edler and MA Fleury switched teams? Both are brutal.

Edler is horrible too? At least the Pens are able to score goal unlike the Nucks.
