Re: How many hours do you have on EHM:EA?

Well, my numbers are inflated by that I leave the game on in the evening behind a screensaver while I watch TV or do other things. That leaves quite a few "dead hours" on my tally. It's true especially when I am working on, say, my EHM1 skin and am bouncing between design and testing time. :tiptap: ...

Re: Minstrel's 'Minty One' Skin (EHM 1)

Currently they are bugged :-( They make the screens 'stack' on top of each other like you may have seen prior to the 2.x patch where it was resolved, but then appeared for custom backgrounds. When they get fixed (hopefully as I posted the bug a while ago) there are three options for backgrounds via ...

Minstrel's 'Minty One' Skin (EHM 1)

Greetings, I am happy to announce the 1.0 version of my 'Minty One' EHM 1 skin. Put simply this is an ‘EHM 1’ skin developed mainly to lighten the game screens but it has a lot of other areas that have been reworked for better visibility as well. Minstrel Whiteout: Ice

Minstrel: Whiteout - Ice is a snowy white skin with minty blue and grey accents. Recently updated and now with a special alternate set of Ice Titlepanels that tie the 'bars together with the new background/theme. This skin pushes the limit of just how much the game's colors can be modified via skinn...

Minstrel Metal: Etched Steel

This skin, based upon the original Minstrel Metal skin was designed to look as if it was formed from one continuous 'piece' of etched steel with the elements 'etched/carved' into it (see the attached screenshot for an example). This skin has custom sidebar add-ons available that put an etched metal ...

Minstrel Metal

This skin changes pretty much every graphic element of the skin using a metals theme. The 2005 version of Minstrel Metal is the big bad older brother to one of the first SI EHM skins. There are also Custom Color add-on sets (see below) for this skin that re-create the sidebars and titlebars to refle...

Triangular 2D Player Indicators

This is a replacement 'player' folder for you to put in the skin folder of whatever skin you are using: data/skins/ SkinName /ingame/player The idea came from it being hard to see the "player down" indicator circles when a team uses a very dark color, so these give you a more triangular looking play...

StoneAge Interface Elements

'Skin Elements' are a new concept TBL is introducing for 2007, instead of a full skin a skin element just replaces one or in this case a few different graphic elements from the game. This was my testing run of the concept so this is a beta version of what could become a full skin or maybe just more ...

New 2007 Setup Logos

I got rid of the 'folder' logos that looked terrible in my opinion in favor of logos that use the pucks for 'local' games and the globes for online games. It's never made any sense to me to have 'summery' globes that were an obvious copy-over from Football Manager for a hockey game so I made winteri...

2d Player Indicators

Replacements for the 'circle' shaped player indicators in 2d match view. These are designed to address problems with telling when a player is 'down' on the ice (blocking a shot, knocked down by another player, etc.). The default system can be difficult to see especially on the dark side. So, these a...

I was more being sarcastic, because well...I am me. :-p Possibly my favorite batdad post evar. :chuckle: On a semi-related note/theme as the McMahon thing, I'd absolutely LOVE to see Marc Cuban buy an NHL team. Leipold said his team has lost $70 million in 10 years of ownership. That's one hell of a business outlook... Yet the league still doesn't see that it's not a good market to have a pro team in?
