I have not created an enforcer in a long time, now. They are as good as extinct to me.
Rugged D, Grinder F and Power forward is more suitable to the tough players coming up nowadays
Makes sense to me (I think this is especially true for potential NHL level talent)

Any difference with a 'Rugged' defenseman vs. an 'Enforcer' defenseman Nino? Comparing the two, I think Rugged having Defensive Role as a Key Attribute would be a significant difference. Looking at Key/Essential Attributes the two roles are very similar...looking at differences I suspect in most ca...

Creating and editing schedule templates / schedule dates

I have been struggling to find a free schedule generator which exports to Excel (they all seem to require subscription) but I have now come across this nifty Excel spreadsheet: https://exceltemplate.net/tournament/ma ... generator/ (the download link is where it says "Free: Yes" - or just click HER...

In addition to adding Player Roles I'm adding Offensive Role and Defensive Role too; here's the previous comment from above regarding this For Offensive Role and Defensive Role we don't yet have individual guidelines for each of the Player Roles, but we do have this... - an Off/Def Role Total of 20-...

Youth Player Generation

This is really outstanding. To have a set of playable leagues all the way from high school up to the NHL is something I'd always hoped we would see in EHM but never thought it would actually happen. I love seeing how you (and others) are pushing the boundaries of what the game can do and opening up...

It's not possible in the Editor at present owing to the complexities involved (similar to name deletion).

How to move an existing game to another PC?

So, somehow the savegame file includes the database information then? Does it matter that I used a modified database file in creating these savegames? I.e. the TBL10.3 rosters modified by the 'prospect generator'. And, IIRC the savegame folder includes many subfolders, but I guess there is no harm ...

archi - love the schedule generator matrix I'm glad it is of use. I think the algorithm can be improved to create better (but not perfect) schedules. It's on the list for the next release. How to move an existing game to another PC?

Naturally I know I need to copy the savegame files, that's a no-brainer. But what other game files are affected by my 12-year long career game? Do I need to copy/paste the main database file? Steam automatically installed the current TBL roster database on the new install, but my existing savegame ...

Division Level indicates the league's overall level within that nation (1 = highest level, 2 = second highest level, etc). For example, the EIHL is the top league in the UK and so it should be set to 1. The NIHL is the second best league in the UK and should be set to 2. The NIHL North 1 and the NI...

testing data - NHL forwards Attributes 2018/2050

testing data - database CA levels/distribution

I've been using the prospect generator with the TBL roster and IMHO it does make the drafts more realistic - at least more similar to the first years of gameplay. And the possibility of getting "top 5 drafted" players that are actually at their PA when 17 years of age adds to that realism, as that'...

Hasn't there been multiple reports and complaints that the game could not generate high end CA players with it's regen, when the pool of created prospects ran out ? Not sure if the ECK database used here is the one with the prospects generator, but even the TBL db appears to generate very similar n...

The Oilers Challenge interest me  P.S. There is no 1970 database; I'm guessing you got the 1970 from the start/finish dates on the TBL Challenge history page (the first 16 Challenges all say "01 Jan 1970" for their start/finish dates) https://www.ehmtheblueline.com/forums/app.php/challenge/ind...
