EHM 1 Database & Saved Game Editor

archi - minor request (I think)...love the player rights screen and ability to remove lines individually from there but can you add a column for date of birth (really only need the year of birth) so that we can quickly sift through and eliminate old player rights?

Youth Player Generation

I'm going to send this all over to Riz today (including the discussion on HFBoards) in case there are any tweaks he can make in order to improve the gameplay. It's probably worth sending a copy of the DB and saved game to him so that he can see for himself. Thanks Archi - what we really need to und...

Youth Player Generation

I've given up on the high school/youth leagues for now, just not seeding long-term enough to be functional as a playable league. A few more things I've learned: - Seeding with extra players on playable and junior teams let's all these H.S. and youth teams be pretty well stocked at the very beginning...

Youth Player Generation

I reduced the number of clubs and it definitely helped make the ones that still exist at the Major Midget/18U level become more stocked with generated youth players. Here's a couple of observations though: - The 16U/Minor Midget/Bantam level is still barely populated ever...and I think the reason is...

Youth Player Generation

So I just spent a week making the entire (well a pared down version with around 80-90 of the best national programs - not all 200) version of the USA Tier 1 Major Midget (18U) and Minor Midget (16U) system as playable leagues. The thought being that the computer would thus generate more players to f...

archi - love the schedule generator matrix - doesn't always spit out a "perfect" looking schedule but does enough of the hard work up front to make creating a from scratch schedule so much easier, with just some post-tweaking to make things a bit more realistic. Have used it on several of my custom ...

Project NHL32 - Seattle Edition (2019-20 Season BETA!)

Encountered a bug while playing the latest version of the DB, during the WHA playoffs OT starts as 5v5 but changes to 3v3 after the first whistle. Thanks! Psssst … Alex Pietrangelo shrank to 5'5" in the DB, for your next update. This is awesome, nice to be able to play next season already, I keep u...

Here's a direct link...3 rounds only. With the draft so close. I'll just release another Beta right after that has the draft rights already in there.

is there a way for us to edit the mock draft file to create round 3 through 7? Edit: Nevermind, I figured it out
If you do a full mock draft you mind posting the file somewhere? :notworthy:

Project NHL32 - Seattle Edition (2019-20 Season BETA!)

Ok so I lied about not doing a Draft Import File...I did one for two rounds anyways, just so top 2019 prospects can be in NHL systems and the 2020 draft is thus going to play out a little more realistically...feel free to adjust the file to fit the draft to your liking...the draft order is correct b...

NHL 32X v5.0 - 2019-20 Season BETA Here's a little Memorial weekend treat for everybody - a public but still very much BETA release of NHL32X 2019-20 Season. As discussed below with screencaps, it has all the 18-19 season stats in the NHL so prospect and Calder lists for the season will all be accu...

Vegas colours

If you add too many colors in the database, they will (the new ones) not react properly to home/away situations. This happened in my NHL32 database until I re-did the entire color system and weeded out the "bad" colors...I forget what the exact limit is but it's something around 100. Eck - you might...

But is there a way to play this update with your own db/tbl update? Kakko currently at 150 CA, DeAngelo looks like the best d-man in NHL etc. etc. Can't play with that First thanks for the compliment! :notworthy: As for Tony DeAngelo, well he is at something like 145 CA and that’s arguably underrat...

Quick little NHL32X update...same link as in the last update, still just called v3.2 (no big changes and didnt want to have archi crowd the front page of TBL with a minor update) but added last few days of transactions (a few college signings, future commits), some updated NHL depth charts based on ...

Project NHL32 - Seattle Edition (2018-19 Season)

Speaking of NIHL North & South and a new EPL top tier - I've never been able to get promotion/relegation to work when one or both of the competitions has a split conference/division setup. I can code everything to work properly but the game is unable to understand where to place the teams for the ne...

Would you like me to create some NIHL .ehm files with the fixed structure? Project NHL32 - Seattle Edition (2018-19 Season)

Oh yeah I'm not sure if this is something that can be fixed but something I noticed after simming a year as Seattle is that even when you're way below the cap the max you can offer a key free agent (Karlsson/Panarin/Bobrovsky) is only like 9.5 mill? Definitely not enough when they want 10-11 mill. ...

Project NHL32 - Seattle Edition (2018-19 Season)

I'm pretty sure it's been mentioned before how some players have over inflated contracts but the players that are affected as far as I know seem to be the franchise level players (CA: 180+) that are on their ELC. So this includes Marner, Rantanen, Aho, and Point in this scenario. Hopefully this hel...

That’s fine just call it something else though, otherwise it’s confusing. Maybe even drop the NHL prefix and use something else that will identify all your roster sets as being of the same family? Like xECK has his Pivot roster and that’s what people know at is. Just brand it something distinct mayb...

Go right ahead with your 40 team project, I’m looking forward to it but I’d appreciate it if you don’t redistribute NHL36 at all, even if you are thinking about updating it. I’m not canceling it or giving up on it just taking a break and because of the amount of effort and time I put into it includi...

Hey I am just wondering what leagues I need to select to properly utilize the WHA and the ICC. I have won back to back titles with the Whitetails, signed guys like Tyler Ennis, Michael Dal Colle and Michael Hutchinson, but I have yet to play the ICC.. I was thinking just turn the KHL on, but now I ...
