Any chance that Latvian Optibet Hokeja Līga would be updated to this seasons format?

When I start up my game all the players have no NHL history so every < 27 aged player is considered a rookie. They do have their stats in the history tab and in their bio, but for example there's no notification when a player hits 100 career goals, as well as the aforementioned rookie problem. Is there a way to fix this? I may have accidentally done it myself by using the EHM Editor, not sure if that can cause it to happen.

General Updates:
- Latest notable transactions and contract extensions for playable leagues
- We no longer recommend disabling "Starting Financial Adjustments" to enable the game to determine and set initial starting team budgets. We hope this will make some playable leagues more sustainable and healthy financially instead of using the DBs set theoretical maximums which might be overkill. More testing and feedback needed from non-NHL EHM GMs!
- Set Natural Fitness to 0 for most players based on researcher consensus, this will enable more randomness with the length of careers for players, impact NHL prospects (161+ PA) should be able to overcome a low roll and be productive into their 30s. Natural Fitness has been manually set for 35+ year old players in top leagues.
- Many attributes have been set to 0 for all players under 161+ PA or potential PA roll based on researcher consensus and testing. Based on our research what the game was setting when set to 0 (let game decide) vs what we had a previous consensus of setting them to manually was not in alignment, we decided to let the game handle this going forward.
-- This includes mentals, as a result players have much more varied personalities
-- Existing NHL stars and notable players will be manually updated as appropriate
-- The intention here is for Current Ability to be the major driver of quality of players instead of static attributes, how I had been doing ratings did not produce enough unique players.
- Ensured starting Morale was set to 0 for all players/staff
- Fixed and refreshed club histories for playable leagues - how did no one notice 2023-24 stats were missing?!
- Started adding notable European future transfers for 2025-26 season, will continue to update rest of the year for top leagues only.

- Expanded goalie CA to 190 max, set min/max limits for Consistency based on scaled max PA

- I've started adding more "favorite teams" to players, specifically home clubs for European players and junior/college teams (where the player captained or played multiple years) for others. Should add some more personality to the DB, this is being done for teams I've more recently re-rated in this release.

It's a massive 80 club 18 stage monster of a league structure! This needs extensive testing, due to the low reputation of the league it may be difficult to play long term but should be a fun starting point!

Sounds like maybe the database was corrupted or something, are you sure you selected the right database? You can reach out to me on Steam or DIscord for help.

I haven't tried the new update yet so this may be fixed, but I got this message for the top prospects heading in to the season for the first year, and these were the leading rookie scorers after a few games. I did edit the database using excel and the editor so it's possible I messed up the history somehow, but not sure. I used xECK29x's Premier Pivot Database (v9.4) - database.db.

Unfortunately I can't support any modifications to the database, my guess is you removed the "First NHL Contract" dates for these players which sets them all as rookies, if you didn't remove their career history data as well.

I am just wondering why the latest ECKS update says that all hockeyclubs ticket prices are only £10, when most Elite League clubs are over £20+

Can someone explain why and if it is an error is there a way to update the prices to reflect each club?

More then likely its simple league and/or club reputation, you can try messing with those values and see if it makes a difference. Level of play may come into it also, EHM is a pretty simple game and those finances we have little to no control over from a database perspective.

Final update for Pivot posted for the season, change notes below. I will be spending some time making some updates to TBL, 94ish and 2000ish then spending the next few months until the NHL draft actually playing the game! Thanks as always for another season of support!

Hello. I was pleasantly surprised to see all the leagues in the game as well as the attention to detail on the rosters. I noticed that the rosters from HockeyTrean in Sweden are from last season. It would be amazing if we could get a quick update to this seasons rosters. The league already exists in the game and the data can be transported from EP. It’s the only league so far that Ive noticed that is not up to date.

My apologies, I didn’t know where to post it. I’d just really like for HockeyTrean to be updated as the rosters are from 2023-24 and that’s the only unupdated rosters I've noticed.

Keep up the great work guys. Really impressive how you guys are keeping this game alive.

Any plans on doing the european leagues promotions and relegations in the upcoming weeks?

EP has the teams that changed leagues on their website already if this info helps. Can't wait to start a new save now that my favorite team has been promoted to a playable league again

The earliest I would get to it is in July, I have a lot of re-structuring and cleanup to do.

Hello, I was playing an NCAA game on the newest database and whenever you click on NCAA Season Preview the game crashes. Any idea why this might be happening?

Known game limitation due to the amount of teams in the league, will happen with any league about 60 teams on that specific news item, simple buffer overflow.

Free agency database uploaded!

General Updates:
- Re-balanced DB based on research done in Pivot for all players under a max of 160 CA/PA to allow for more variation of players and not use set random attributes.
- Completely re-tiered entire database! Several background leagues have been disabled and cleaned up.
- Players have been re-rated on playable leagues, rosters updated as of June 30th.
- Staff updated in most tier-1 leagues and major juniors, staff quality should be greatly improved long term, many coaches/GMs should become NHL viable over time.
- Cleaned up over 10k duplicate/non-existent/retired players/staff.
- Real-life schedules announced so far added for most leagues, NHL schedule will be patched in when announced.
- Several leagues use generated dates instead of a real-life schedule due to game limitations.
- Records_config file updated and expanded, the game will take longer to get started, but with a lot more detail!
- CHL Import Draft to be patched in once completed.
- All NHL transactions/signings as of right before 12 PM ET.
- Certain leagues have been removed from being human playable, we need more time to make updates.

- Updated nation details, updating IIHF scores, hockey importance and other details
- Updated all levels of World Championships, we fused 2B and 3 to bring in the teams from real-life D3 and D4 divisions, we cannot add D4 due to game limitations.
