I promise there'll be a bunch of games tomorrow. I'm incredibly busy with my studies and guiding the Bruins through the Playoffs.

Doh! We so nearly got the win. Arguably the Thrashers had the edge over us for most of the game. The game saw the return of Jepcan and Systemfel.

After the game, I denied rumours that Bogsol is on his way to Florida despite the fact that he's not currently interested in renewing his contract :( Rick Tocchet is worried about Rick Deckard's general fitness. But then again, I'm worried about Tocchet's out-of-office shenanigans :-p

Our poor shooting really let us down. We out-shot them 60-42 but we failed to get enough on goal or even challenge the Sharks' goaltender. Shooting practice for eveyone, I think

A few days after the game, we traded Doug Doull to the Sharks for a 2006 5th Round Pick.

You see... about those 5 goals against the Sharks.... Minty and I had a few too many :toast: before the game. :dunno:

Thing is... I pulled an 8 rating so it seems it's just you that can't adjust to the veteran's lifestyle and keep up with the big dogs; maybe you should switch to light beer or maybe wine coolers the night before a game 8-)

I don't think we deserved to lose like we did. We were unlucky in the third. Having said that, you need a bit of luck if you're to win the Cup.

In other news, there's been a disturbing amount of alcohol being drunk between matches (mentioning no names, *ahem* Minty and E_5150ca). Not to mention Tocchet's influence - now our practice rink has been moved next to a casino in Las Vegas :loveyouman: :work: Kidhander is out for a few days, having injured himself showing off his dance moves in a drunken daze :breakin:

:-D...I am not a heavy drinker or gambler...just lazy...
Seriously, though-we must be in deep trouble now, archi. What are the standings like?

I think we're around 12th or 13th

I'm hoping that we'll improve next season. Maybe we're all just settling in. An option could be for me to step in as head coach to see if I can turn things around (hey, if can get the Bruins in the Playoffs, I must be good :D).

Well I can't teach all the babyfaces to drink and carry on like Dean Martin off the ice and blast the alchohol and cigar smoke out of their systems via practice to snap themselves into game shape. The extra year of built tolerence and knowledge of the major NHL city's nightlife and best restaurants should serve us well next year

EDIT: Also Arch I had no idea what kidhander was going to do with that big piece of cardboard; honest :-)

It will be quite funny when the olympics arrive - I and KH will definately play for Italy (although I don't have a single drop of Italian blood in my body, but does that really matter? I'd gladly dress for Armenia or MOngolia if they told me to!), possibly Systemfel for Sweden, and maybe someone else.
Be sure to record those games, Arch!

Its funny everytime I think of the announcers trying to call my name in the middle of a game. WHAT A SAVE BY E-FIVE-ONE-FIVE-ZERO-UNDERSCORE-CA :-D

Also, its time for me to stand up to these so called 'veterns' on the team. No longer will I beilive you when you tell me its a good idea to ride on the top of the team bus. No longer will I drink your 'power water' between periods and last but not least, NO I WON"T CALL YOU DADDY! :\

Sorry for a lack of updates. This isn't dead. It's just that I'm incredibly busy with my law degree at the moment :nerd:
