hmm... perhaps you have create a player and you haven't terminated the edit. (player not correctly assigned??)

Hello, since my season just ended I have a lot of spare time, so I was wondering if I could help you with the Finnish SM-Liiga and Mestis updates? I have no previous experience, but I learn quickly.

That's too bad Lidas. I hate it when I edit the db and lose work, and I don't do anywhere near as much editing as you are doing. Maybe there's a limit on how many staff can be in the db? I don't know, just speculating, maybe try editing existing retired staff instead of creating new ones? Just an idea.

There's not limit.. at least what I know. (I have created thousands of players and many clubs and leagues.)
Like Lidas mentionet, that maybe he created too many players at once.. I believe on that.
Or maybe there is just some kind of bug in editor which occurs randomly, when saving db.
I had experienced same bug, when I created 20 new clubs & league at once.

This should report to mne2.. maybe he can fix that in his next release? (if there´s one coming)

Now I need to find out which backup that's still working, and how much I lost...

Most games keep crashing after I sim one month...

There is no way I'm going to be able to recover all Ive lost in the next couple of days, so after I find the most recent WORKING version, I'll work on it for a few days and then release it. I'm now testing 1-week-old backups.

I finally managed to find a stable backup, but I have lost 30-40 hours of editing

I have re-edit a large portion of it today, but I'm way far behind now. Sad to say, but this forces me to release the database a few days later than I expected.

I'm so sorry to hear that. It must be so frustrating. I think a few of us (including myself) have experienced similar frustration having had to re-do large parts of mods.

I suggest you send Mne2 a PM via TBL with details of your error. He might be able to enlighten you as to the meaning of your message. He's usually pretty good at replying to PMs on this site.
