a) has anyone scored more then 4 goals with this new realism patch

b) is it just me or with the patch it puts everyones aggression down to 1?

On what database did you use it?

I used ur 2006-2007 uudb 6.1 soon as i use the patch it puts everyones aggression down to 1

Have you checked the settings file for the MET Attribute Editor (i.e. the program that applies the Realism Patch)?

didnt realise that the ratings would be affected by the patch. im already into 2008 when i started the file in 2006 i guess cant fix it now?

I copied the players.dat file in a seperate directory with the attribute_config.csv and the met attribute editor.exe and then i hit enter and this is what the screen said. I did not make any changes to my database file or anything..

The Patch is dropping Aggression down by 50% (hence the -50 in the screenshot). If you're finding that it's dropping things down to 1 then it sounds like you may have accidentally run the Patch on the DB more than one. The best thing to do would be to revert to an original/back-up copy of the DB and then run the Patch again (once).

I pressed the patch once and i still get the same screen in the editor.. The roster already had the attribute editor in it so maybe the roster includes the realism patch in it..

If you're using 6.1 then there's no need to apply the EHM Realism Patch, as the Realism Patch has already been applied to 6.1 (as noted in the download thread http://www.ehmtheblueline.com/forums/vi ... 77&t=11330)

Yes, you'll still get the same screen because it's cutting the Aggression by 50%. However, that's not my point!

I'm trying to get this patch to work, but whenever I try to run the .exe, I get ERROR: Unable to create player.dat. I have tried running as administrator.

I am running windows 8.

Try running the exe and file in a folder outside of your Program Files group of folders.

How could I increase the scoring of defensemen? It seems like the best defenders score 40 points per season I would like to get it to maybe 70 points (for guys like Erik Karlsson etc).

If you look around you will see that this has been the bane of the existence of many a mod-guy. THe only way that has shown to give the d more scoring is to go quick-sim and not on the full simulation, and then it gets too insane the other way.

Hi guys ,I have a little problem ,original attribute_values of this patch is quite good ,best player have about 90-95 points and I want it to increase about 100 points ,but when i set something different from original values (for example I change OffensiveRole from 2000 to 3000 or Consistency from -67 to -37 ) the players get worse. About 80 points and I try some different values but still 80-90 points. Maybe i just retarted and don't know what attributes I must change for better scoring. What do you think? What should I do?

Are you editing all players or just forwards? I'd reduce Consistency for defenceman a little and increase it for forwards a little.
