so basically, we europeans are being used as warm-ups, i feel so violated :rant:

the champs do have a busy schedule, such as each player gets there day with the cup, and they will have so much more press on there backs than normal already. but if the NHL are gonna use Europe as a warm-up, at least be straight. otherwise people like mr batdad will. :-D

In September you will never see an NHL team dress their entire roster for a game (cept maybe those LA-ANA reg season games in England)...you just won't. They want to test out their prospects and give em some time. See what they have to fill holes. I highly doubt that at this point any NHL team will risk losing their top players in games that are not part of NHL reg season....The ultimate hockey goal is still the Stanley Cup.

That's why, we, Canadians, are so harsh with Europeans from time to time :D
