I really liked Chris Dingman as my enforcer - until he retired prematurely at the end of 2009 (I think). He had very good stats and was a great fighter. His average ratings used to top 8.00 even though he spent half the game in the box. His penalty minutes were huge because I always had him set to beserk and encouraged to fight, but my penalty killing was strong and I agree that the motivational aspect is worth more than conceding the odd goal on the ensuing powerplays.
