my question is towards the OHL part of the game.... I took over Niagara IceDogs and Sisca is unhappy with his previous gms ability and he wont resign... my querstion is if i keep on trying to resign him even though hes a ufa at 16 will i retain his rights as a unsigned player if i keep on offering him a contract and he rejects or will be still leave as a ufa

I think you will retain his rights. Wait a few months and see if he'll re-sign when he's not unhappy.
