EHM The Blue Line

I've read every chapter of the Sainio story and I've enjoyed it.
However, I would like to see more of the storyline. Maybe make up some crazy stories with that new coach, have something wacky happen at the next rookie dinner. Something more than just gameplay

Yup, lately I've tried to add more of a story, but at the same time I don't want to make it too much of a chore to read each chapter. I try to add a bit of a story to each chapter, but don't want to get too carried away. This latest chapter, for example, was 13 pages long, although admittedly the screenshots stretch it a bit. We'll hear more of Keelan Davidson for sure! (Unless if Toni gets traded again).

Hm... rookie dinner... never thought of that!

yeah i'm still reading and love the story! I'd love to create my own player and follow is career but don't know how. But keep your hard work ,you awesome

Creating your own player happens with the editor. But you'd be best to check the Data Editing Forum for more detailed info, because everything has changed since my last attempt, and I'm going to have to catch up on how it's done too, now that we have a new editor!

Irish, because I am a hopeless Hibernophile. And since all the World Championship divisions have been added to the game, it could be fun to see if a star player from an extremely marginal ice hockey country could make a difference in the international stage. You could make him start in Britain, to prevent him from completely dominating at the start.

I thought Irish because of all the beer!

If I use -15 as PA and he turns out at the bottom of the scale, then he might not be so great that it would make such a significant difference. And I kinda like -15, because it makes the simulation unpredictable and the player might not become a world class player at all, which is what I did with Sainio.

A Goalie would be very interesting! can't wait to read this one

Sure, I guess. I don't know it either. I've never looked at him with a saved game editor, just what you see in game.

Actually do need your help guys: Got offers Pardubice or Sparta Prague or Spartak Moscow or Linkoping (just relegated and want to get back plus they play Europe)..should i take it or continue at Fife. Why am i asking that is as i think i created a funny team for next season and really interested how it will all go...then on the other hand Pardubice or Sparta has big time budgets plus would be a great step up...need to think good

Stay with the current team until you really get tired of it or you achieve every goals you set to yourself. You will get nice offers later as well, but if you leave now you risk loosing the interest. Once in 07 I managed Trondheim in Norway, left after two titles to finnish HIFK, but always regret it since...

hmm dont know what my short time goal is...but longtime goal for sure get into NHL! What can do more in FiFe..was a champ and dont think with that roster and finances I can do much in Champions cup. If i was at least Nottingham i could get some bigger names..

that's one way to do it. Thinking about taking control of my team here in Sweden, Djurgården. Will have to think about it

I don't really have the time either, but I've given Sainio one day of my week, where I work on it 2-3 hours, so that it'll get constant progress, but not take too much of my time. I always plan the use of my time like that...
