The Panthers told Kovalev to take his retirement. Kovalev still wants is $$$ though so maybe he would be sent in the AHL. Is this surprising? No. He did 3 pts in the first game of the season then only 1 in the next 9 or 10.

If they send him to the AHL and he refuses to report then they can terminate his contract without having to pay anything.
At least, they could do this under the old CBA. Not sure if that works now

Wow, it's definitly getting worse for Rick DiPietro.

He allowed 5 goals on 12 shots for his 1st match with Bridgeport. It's really getting ugly there.

Is confidence must be at 0 so I think he's not motivated that much to play there.

TOR has traded Mike Brown to EDM for a conditional 4th round in 2014. Becoms a 3rd round pick if the Oilers make the playoffs.

They have a solid team, they're not really doing anything special but they're hard to play against, and Michelle is a good coach for a year or two, until players get annoyed by him and tune him out. So basically, Habs need to win the cup this season. So basically, another year without a Cup for the Habs because they won't win this year , gotta look at the positive side of things batdad.

Looch line is being carried by Krejci. If he's invisible so are the other guys. Looch has been alright-ish this season. Not much luck with the zebras, tons of phantom calls, and I say that fully aware of the fact that it's the other way round with Saint Bergeron, don't get me wrong.
