1st line potential, but.... a more talented version of Tomas Fleischmann, wonder when he became 1st line potential.... at least I am more talented! and averaged higher than 7.50 last season so is decent enough

I'd also love to know who drafted me!
Overall, I'm fairly happy with the scouting report. Wish I had made my guy faster though. Probably why I'm just a potential second rounder.
Apologies

Fixed it

I scored less points in more games this year, 58 in 47, while last year was 60 in 40, rating went down from 7.13 to7.06 too.BUT i do love my scouting report, good for 80 points, goal scoring first line talent. only bad thing is i have to improve my defense!! basically means im gonna be a show off forward, Defense?? Me?? Puhlease leave that to the other 4 haha
Oh and a more talented version of Jarimir Jagr with a smaller frame!! time to start letting my hair grow i guess

Hmm...skilled defenseman, 3-4 potential, a more talented version of Alexei Zhitnik with a smaller frame, and slower stride....potential to put up 60 points, and 120 penalty minutes....still stuck at 5'3", 138 pounds...hopefully I'm just a late bloomer, cause not sure how many defensive d-men have that kinda size...

Thanks, Calv!
Unfortunately my production was down under a point per game, and my AvR fell under 7. Still got drafted mid-first round, though!!!!
Barrie Colts, here I come!

Anyone else playing for Peterborough in the OHL?

Signed by Graz 99ers on 4th September 2006, earning $4,000 per year.
That's a good start.
62 Points in 40 Games is solid, nothing spectacular in juniors and the average rating with is 7.35 is ok I'd guess.
Skilled Forward, First Line potential sounds promising, a more talented version of cory stillmann is ok too, just smaller frame than him.
Acceleration + 1
Agility + 1
Balance + 1
Speed + 1
Stamina + 1
Strenght + 1
Influence +1
Teamwork + 2
Checking + 2
Deflection + 2
Deking + 2
Off the puck + 2
Passing + 2
Pokecheck + 2
Positioning + 2
Slapshot + 2
Stickhandling + 2
Wristshot + 2
Solid overall improvement, hopefully i can keep that up in future and be ready for the CHL import draft soon.

3rd line prospect with the scout report saying: "Like Jason Williams, with slower stride." Don't know how to react to that.

YIKES!!! Third-string goalie projection

Does your scout have a 3 in judging potential??!!! Looks like I'm going to be riding the bus my whole career (which may be short)

More talented version of Jarret Stoll and first line potential... How does that work? xD
But hey Calv do you think you could try to put me back to the Cologne Juniors or somewhere else where i don´t have to play in the 4th line of a pro team, as a 15 year old

I got drafted into the Q. I'll be playing for PEI. I was ranked 10th all season long but dropped to 21st in the last reports. Then I slipped a bit and got drafted 27th overall.
My scouting report says I'm a defensive defenseman with 1-2 potential. The project me as a more talented version of Barrett Jackman but with a smaller frame. Everything looked very positive except that I need to improve my decision making, stickhandling, and wrist shot. Based on 50 games in my current league they figure I'm good for 70 points and 120 PIM.
Still, I need to get taller. At 14 years old I was already 6'1". By 16 I was 6'3" and stopped growing. I think I was 5'5" when I was maybe 9 or 10 years old.

So, Hypnotist is projected 3rd string goalie. Im regarded as backup and a poor-mans RDP.
Any goalie have any luck?

Hey so am I, minus the smaller frame part and also Im an Enforcer not a Defensive D.
Man that was a disappointing year for me. Everything was worse except for goals. Also its disappointing that no OHL team decided to draft me, I know im going the College route but figured maybe I would get taken in the later rounds. Other then that I need to grow another 7-8 inches and put on another 50 lbs and then ill be happy.

I'm surprised Stinson slipped to the second round, considering he only lost 4 games in 2 seasons with a sub-1.50 GAA over that span.
Anyone else drafted by Barrie? Any chance you can post a complete OHL and Q draft list?

Only 3 out of 10 goalies are currently projected to be a starting goalie. My guy is projected to be a 3rd string guy like Manny Legace. I wonder if being 5'3'' is hurting his potential...he's doing really well playing midget hockey.

I'm really surprised at some of them too. Jimmy Gehrig (is that your goalie??) was 42-1-0, 0.70 GA, 23 SO and a 9.33 AR, and he went 14th in OHL draft, and he's considered 3rd string While my goalie (McGraw) was 30-5-9, 2.21 GA, 7 SO, and 8.00 AR and he went 4th in OHL draft and is slated as a starting goalie. I don't get why that is. Stat wise Gehrig is much better than my goalie.
I think McCormick is gonna be the goalie to watch though. He's gonna be the star goalie.

I'm guessing that the GTHL is a much better league than US midget leagues. That could explain the drastic difference stats. Anyways, Jimmy is going to have to have a growth spurt in order to have a shot at pro hockey. It'll be fun seeing how well he does for Windsor.

I am extremly impressed with my character

His scouting report is fantastic. Summed up with this line 'A more talented version of Teemu Selänne with a smaller frame but quicker feet'.
However even though my stats improved greatly from my first year I actually had a worse year overall at the secondary school level. 40 goals 48 assists for 88 points in 60 games and a 6.98 rating.
Perhaps my character is bored? I really wish now that I had gone the major junior route or European route instead of the college route

Being drafted and playing higher calibour hockey would have been better for my character. Now I just have to sit around until a college takes me and then find out where I am going in the NHL draft.
Based on my scouting projection I could be the highest drafted German ever. Perhaps even #1 overall?
I am also disapointed that my character is spending so much time in the box. Those are minutes he could be out scoring goals!
If you want to read my scouting report go here.

no weaknesses noted in the scouting report, other than 'small', lol
coolness!

I got a question about the CHL Import. If my guy has a contract with a Finnish team, and gets drafted to CHL, can the CHL team offer him a contract like in the NHL, or do they have to wait till my Finnish contract has ended?
