EHM The Blue Line

Bummer it's in Training Camp...I was able to log in yesterday morning (2 days into camp), but not last night (for the 5 days into Camp), and I'm still unable to log in this morning...

We're all in the same boat Dwayne, nobody got a chance to get in last night.

I honestly didn't know/understand that nobody could get in (I hope when we reboot we allow for a bit of time on Day 5 of Camp)...but I want to make it clear I was NOT complaining!

yea. they usually do it the right way and take a day for everyone to catch up, Nino. No worries.

No worries man, I thought about editing but am too lazy for that. When somebody reports vnc is down that means nobody has access to the game until Shooter makes it back home to fix it.

Games back up. Not sure what happened.

I will sim to Day 5 of training camp when I get home from work tomorrow.

so is VNC.

Same issue as before, the graphics card. I thought I had fixed it by simply just running the computer without a monitor and accessing it only via VNC. No sense on me putting the game back up right now. When I get home, I will move the game back to my laptop and the game will be back up then. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Game back up and now on my laptop again.

Good news is, my networking skills and ability to transfer this game around and keep it running have become pretty good.

I'm currently unable to log in (just cycles forever when trying to connect)...

Did you ask someone with VNC as there are about 10 people in game right now.

There may be (when you posted), but I posted I couldn't get in about 6 hours before - yes I checked MSN but no one from DMA was on at the time that I could see...

I meant no offense, I thought I was supposed to post if I couldn't get in...


EDIT - Maybe sometimes it's just me/my computer...just now I logged in, made some adjustments and logged out, and then I realized I'd forgotten to rest my players, and so I tried to log back just a minute or two after logging out - and I got the cycling! This time I shut everything down/off and restarted and tried again...and all was then fine!

it's probably not you. If you're getting the cycling then it means the game is frozen and you need to find one of the VNC guys to unfreeze it for you. If after you've gotten a VNC'er to take a look at it and they can't fix it... that's when you'd post on here. Most of the time though a VNC'er should be able to fix the game pretty quickly.

Now I get it, and I won't be unsure about things/what to do!

So, I've put the game back on my PC that has been having the issues. I did two things and it has now been running for 5 days without a freeze so I believe it is resolved. I can now use my laptop again.

Game appears to be foozed and no VNC access. It is about 8pm est time.

7:10 AM EST. Game is down and no VNC access either.

I'll have to check when I get home - not sure whats up.

New IP has been emailed out.

am I missing something, or does the new IP not work?

new IP worked for me.

Game was down but VNC was working so I restarted the game. Looks like the last save was about 20 minutes ago.

That was my bad. I put in the two Temp GM's for the AI teams until after the draft and then saved and exited. Just got distracted and didnt start the game back up. Thanks Cap.

I'm at my dads and can't seem to get on my computer. I will be home back in Toronto by 3pm. Everything should be fine but if its an internet issue that I can't resolve then the draft will have to be moved until next Sunday. Hopefully, everything is fine.
