for the blues, the rosters are a bit messed up.

-Paul Kariya is listed on the Peoria Rivermen (?? confusion with martin kariya perhaps?)
-David Backes, who played 40+ games with the Blues, is not on the Blues roster, but in the AHL, yet players who were signed for AHL roster spots this offseason, such as Jean-Guy Trudel and Alex Brooks are on the NHL roster.
-Erik Johnson, who has signed a pro contract, is listed as a non-contracted reserve.

Moved Paul Kariya and David Backes from Peoria to St. Louis. Not a big deal, just as batdad said, but didn't take me more than a mouse click to move them, so I might aswell...

Erik Johnson is fine where he is - fact that this game is in 2006-07, and in real life he's one year older and further developed makes it better for his development to keep him there, until human / computer manager playing St. Louis decides to sign him.

CanadaCajanek--Please read the notes about this. Prospects will not be given contracts in this update for reasons that have been described 20 times here, and 25 times at SI forums. GM's have the option to give the players contracts.


AS for the guys on the farm team...bring them up. For the guys you think are farm team bound...send em down. It does not really matter where they are at the start of the game. They have contracts.
