I've solved the problem of Andy Sundstrom not getting any games.
I took over HIFK as GM, dropped him down to the juniors and then retired. The previous GM then took over and he's kept him there so far(and he played 6 games in November!).
I;m not sure what to do with Joakim Helmersson though. He's not getting any games in the jr's and I'm not sure I would be able to get him to move if I took over another team.

1 thing I noticed was that the stats lie! some of the top PA players aren't performing as well as some of the lower PA players, will be interesting to see how they all turn out.
Hmmm... maybe they're going to develop slow and steady? This is turning out to be very interesting!
Keep up the great work, Calv! Thanks for doing this. It's a lot of fun.

Looks like I'm a bit out of my league, playing in Mestis at age 14 or 15...

I'm kind of liking where my player is at. I don't have the highest average rating but I'm putting up points and PIMs. I even instigated one! Any chance I can find out about Fights and Fights Won in the next update?

Great '=D>' !! 8 games 11 points & 7 assists is a good start, maybe a new Markus Naslund is coming alive.
Hey, Calv i've been reading some posts and some juniors are playing along with 16 years old guys, i assume there's a difference playing in Europe and America, Right?

7-15-22 in 10 games. Ah BWC dominance in the western bantam hockey continues!!!
ANyway with only 7.5 ratings or so and those points...wow! I must be one of those with MONSTER potential.
But yeah, I fully expect to be a 1st round WHL pick, and to take that team to the memorial cup at age 16.
The rest of ya...eat my dust. Specially you Euros playing in such soft weenie leagues.

What would be fun is to find out who is on the same team as others and also if the fights were between players off here. Dont know how do-able they are?

Well, we should be able to see who is on the same teams if we look at the screen shots that Calv posted. We should be able to figure it out from there. I think only one person has been sent down to a lower level and he noted that in the stats update.
I think it might be a little too much to have Calv dig through everyone's game data to see if we fought each other. It just sounds a little time consuming considering the number of people we have participating in this.

I can take over your team and send you down to juniors if you want?
re: Fights, the only stats I can find are fights instigated and fights won, without trawling through all of the games that you guys play(which I can't do at junior level anyway..).
b72 - you lost your only fight by the looks of things

Yah, do that. Euros usually don't get created until age 16 anyway, and playing at semi-pro league at 14 might be somewhat an early dip into too big a pond.

Is there a way to find who won fights int he real game or so you just have to read the play-by-play report?

It's pretty much reading the play by play report to find out who participated in and won each fight. Each player does have a "fights won" stat though.

Recall Ridderwall to the Djurgården and offer Owuya out on loan, if he don't want to, release him.

Owuya is released and Ridderwall is out on loan

WHL Draft rankings:
3) Bastian Lauer
4) Ross McArthur
5) Johan Anderssen
6) Andre Vissia
7) Matthew McCormick
8) Bart Bradshaw
9) Tim Frantz
10) Cameron Steele
not bad for a defenseman.
EDIT: Is that supposed to say OHL draft rankings. I'm pretty sure players playing in an ontario league's rights would be protected by the OHL.

My guy (Bradshaw) is from BC..so WHL is right. Where is your guy from Col. Saunders, and where is he playing currently?
Because the game would treat it as to where the player is born I believe.
