I have seen Gallagher get away from much stronger than Bogosian. Gally is an actor and it is known now. 75% of the time he goes down is an act. Opposite of Mason Raymond.

It always amazes me how such a little guy can win puck battles and protect the puck so well... when he wants to.

Well Gallagher as been pretty consistent this year so far. Not in points per game though but he always seems to push himself alot. Anyway at his size if he wants a long career in the NHL he has no choice.

2014 NHL Draft Prospect Anthony DeAngelo (from the Sarnia Spring) seems to have some "issues"

Wow. That could hurt him at the draft. I wonder what really happened.

Someone has not had a good upbringing. He will likely get his act together as he matures.

Richie Incognito is proof that eventual maturity is not a given, unfortunately.

Wow, always make sure you find the example that is the counter point. The point being is do not count someone out when he is young and makes a mistake, they will quite likely grow up. Question for me is have you ever agreed with anyone on the web on anything? Or do you really just argue to have a counterpoint to everything because it is fun, and twist words ,and not read whole points, to get some kind of argument going? I want to give you the benefit of the doubt, and have privately told others that exact thing...but...you keep coming back to arguments about nothing. Every where I look when you post. Negativity and argument.
I mean I thought I was grumpy, old and negative...but wow.
Sorry Primis, but maybe maybe the others who ignore what you say, and others who post back to you are right. I was hopeful that there would be some rationality to you, but it appears that in general you just want to argue. Too bad.

Oh for God's sake, batdad.
My point was that you need to look no further than another sport in the news RIGHT NOW to find an example of a guy who has constantly been in trouble for how he treats others (going back to at least college), and never learned from it. I don't know this kid. He might indeed learn from it. He might not. To say that he absolutely *will* learn from it though is unfortunately mistaken, there's no guarantee he will, and that's the shame of it all. Way too many kids nowadays that don't learn, and to be truthful way too many adults that are more than willing to make excuses for him if they think he can help their team(s) in some way.
It's encouraging that this stuff is *finally* becoming an issue people are willing to even talk about though.

And there are 20 million examples of those who screw up a kids and grow up to be normal functional human beings. You have a knack of pointing out the one idiot. Just growing so freaking tired of the attitude.
I am glad you have never screwed up in your life and at whatever age you are as a parent right now...you are EXACTLY The same as you were as a 16 year old. I am sure everyone you have ever met is exactly that way.
I said "likely will" not "will". That means odds greater than 50% that he will. Because mistakes and stupidity and immaturity happen, and then guys grow up.
Tons of stories of kids being idiots who grow up to be upstanding legit professional human beings, but then again....I know...you know you know better and that will only happen less than 50% of the time.
Move on Primis...move on...but I know you won't because you won't change...you are the same as you were when you were 16 or 18. I mean clearly there are so many examples of that in society....you must be the same as you were then.

I find it funny that batdad is trying really hard to be the ray of sunshine and silver linings.
John Tavares is out for the rest of the season, torn MCL. Should be ready by training camp. My H2H fantasy team was found at the bottom of a ravine, having leaped off to its demise. Thankfully for the Isles, there is no real playoff race for this to wreck I guess.

I appreciated Batdad's reasoned, thoughtful comment ("he's young, everyone makes mistakes"). I find it sad that you are so often so negative

I got the best job to see kids changed and I'm often more surprised than telling me I was right. But it seems like Primis was perfect since he's a baby so.
Anyway, sucks for Tavares. He had such a good season so far. Doesn't do pants for the Isles though they are at the bottom.

I find it shocking that I am the sunshine and roses over anyone else out in this world. That is the surprise to me, but to each his own.

You thought the unicorns were clouds and yelled at them.
Garth Snow is not happy about Tavares, wants monetary compensation for Tavares injury. Every time I think maybe NYI gets it, Snow does something stupid again.

Miller getting traded out of Buffalo, St Louis likely out of TB, Callahan NYR, maybe Girardi.
Kesler and Edler possibilities in Vancouver (Bieksa too) but Kesler injured and not playing tonight.
Anyone else you guys are hearing?

Vanek, Andrew MacDonald from NYI ,Steve Ott from Buffalo, Hemsky from EDM

Gagner and Smyth from EDM also. Moulson obviously not staying in Buffalo either. Calgary is basically shopping out their entire team, Cammalleri, Stempniak and Wideman are the most likely i guess.
