EHM The Blue Line

In editor dates display okay with new formula 1 Jan, 2 Feb etc. but some leagues exporting dates with incorrect format which i posted on screen early. But maybe its due my polish version of excel If it works fine with You then its not a big deal. We get some error today and I thought it might be cause by this but seems other problem. Now I tested importing functions with staff.xlsx file from szczepek and seems DEL & DEL2 transfers were properly imported. Good job archi!

I am not sure I follow, but I will assume there is no issue. Alessandro was having difficulty importing schedule spreadsheets from your Editor because the dates were in Polish format. To prevent this, I have forced English date formats so that they are compatible with the Editor. It is annoying because I would prefer to allow everyone to use their own local language, but it's the only way to ensure compatibility for all.

Great! I am glad to hear this. Thank you for letting me know.

I also have arena and league updating/importing up and running too. I am testing this as part of my Spanish update. My aim is to release the next version by the end of this month (which should be suitable for use with the TBL Rosters research).

Btw. can we now retire players with this sheets? I get error "no match" when use _retire on Club Contracted rows.

It's not possible. Multiple persons have written instructions in how to achieve that, and a user even shared his own DB with Vegas added.

Can someone explain to me how I can get the 9.4 roster update into the editor. When you subscribe to the database from steam, there is no file to import into the newest updater that was created.

In content you will have to look around for the db and you will soon find it.

The Transfer Rules screen contains these settings. However, editing of saved games is very limited and you might find it does not work as expected or at all.

Apologies for being a rookie her asking this, I love my editing and was curious. I did lots of editing in the 2007 version but not this one.

I have used EHM from the outside and as a visitor "Browsed" the blue line, I can see all the incredible things you do for this community, so thank you very much!

Can we somehow check without simming that option in Nations -> Citizenship Years is working? On Lithuania its set 0 and foreign players didnt get lithuania citizenship but in Poland after 1 season they get it even we have setup 5 years on Poland country.

It all looks very random

I'm not aware of any way to check other than simming. If it is not working then I suggest reporting it to Riz via the SI Games Bugs Forum.

I hardly doubt it's an editor problem.

FYI - I have tidied up this thread and have moved the post about the Vegas expansion to the Vegas Expansion Thread and the posts about editing the NHL structure to the Rules and Structures Editing Thread.

Named - note that Nino uploaded his sample DB here. I just wanted to flag this in case it gets overlooked in the tidy-up.

Also in Editor theirs a place to change NHL Expansion Draft or so on type Draft.

I love the editor, it keeps EHM entertaining for me but recently I have had some problems. I added the golden knights as a team and added some players to them, I also made sure I put them in the Met division and made them an NHL team, I put them in the eastern conference and I added an extra team to the NHL but every time I'm initializing game data it freezes and crashed. I also get the error messages unable to find right number of teams and unable to enter teams. Does anybody know what I'm missing or what I can do to fix this?

I am trying to make Scott Gomez as a non-player Coach for the Islanders in my roster, I am able to create him just fine but when I start a new game I receive an error about a non-player coach missing from the coaches table. I also tried not assigning him to the Islanders and just making him a free agent, but when I select him in the scouting screen to view his stats the game crashes.

I must be missing a step somewhere!

Sure, within the editor (v1.9):
1) Added a new player/staff by clicking 'Add item' under People -> Players & Staff.
2) Filled out the Basic Data page:
3) Filled out Non-Player page:
4) Saved the roster and attempted to load the game.
