Thank you, these look great. I feel a weird desire to hire Dave Lewis now.

LOL! You should never want to hire Dave Lewis! :-p

Isn't it great to see faces attached to some of the names now though?

Hey!

I just stumbled upon two mistakes in the filenames.

Mikael Samuelsson is born 1976, and Danil Markov is called Danny in the DB.

It would be nice if others who have found mistakes in the naming could post it here.

Thx!

D88:Thanks, i've changed them to the right dob and name and put it into the next NHL Update Pack which will be released soon.

Ive got a question about the Cards template.

How do I get the mugshot in place? Ive tried to paste the picture into different places, but it always ends up as a new layer, placed in the middle of the picture. Ive figured everything else out - Names, font, flag, action shot, but it really annoys me that I cant get the mugshot in the correct place. :help:

Since I havnt been able to do any cards due to this, Ive spent my EHM time checking TBL cards. Im going through the NHL teams and their prospects, checking if they have a TBL card or not. So far, Ive found around 30 errors in the cards. Ill post them all when I finish all teams - probably tomorrow. Hopefully some friendly soul have helped me out with the mugshots by then :-D

Just one last question - what quality setting do you use when you save the file?
How do I keep the size down? Thanks again! =D>

i save them in photoshop with "save for web" - jpg and 75% quality. so it should be 20-28 k for a card. thats ok.

Hey Lidas! Nice work ('=D>')

I've found some mistake on my tbl cards too.

Sopel_1_7_1977 correct is Sopel_7_1_1977
Grigorenko_4_9_83 correct is Grigorenko_9_4_83
Matt_Auffray correct is Matt_Auffrey there's also other card name Rick_king but picture is Matt_Auffrey

I dont know in which packs are this mistakes from, if you know it let me know.

D88: Thanks. Rick King was the faked name for matt auffrey - i also made one for travis zajac whose faked name was something with xxx Craig.

Thanks alot Devils!

I also have a card-set done - Swedish Elitserien, but its based on the updated rosters. I was thinking of releasing this once I have gotten the chance to edit the database. Im also currently halfway through the teams in Swedish Allsvenskan, although its much harder to find good pictures for those players. My third project will be focused on Swedish players playing outside of Sweden. I guess those three sets will add up to around 1000 cards. Not sure where Ill go from there...

Hmm, that's weird... There's nothing wrong with the file, I DL'ed it for myself already, for some reason I can't get it out for the public thouhg. It's been approved in the same way as any other file in the database. I'll unapprove it for now, see if any of the other admins (Calv in another words, Minty and Archi are not around...) can think of what's up with it... :-k

Thanks for the heads up!

We've hosted it at Filefront, because we couldn't find the reason for this error. Works fine now, just use the link at frontpage.

Thanks to D88 for another great release! 8-)
