I actually don't mind it. I can usually do 2-3 a day without it feeling like work.

Okay here's an idea... if you have the time. I love my current avatar you made me but it would be cool to switch it up now and then. Could you make one with something involving the 1972 Bruins? Maybe Bobby Orr or Gerry Cheevers? Maybe Phil Esposito? I don't know exactly but something honoring that team. Of course, I'd want Bruins72 in it somewhere. Like I said, if you have time. I'd rather see somebody else get at least one before taking up your time asking for a second.

Two words about Photoshop - Blending Modes.

IMO, they are one of the best ways to get great lighting effects and awesome colour gradients in PS.

My suggestion for improving with Photoshop (or any graphics software for that matter!) is to grab one of these: Visual Quickstart Guides
I've got one for Photoshop CS, Illustrator CS, Dreamweaver MX, etc. I think have 7 or 8. Anyway, whenever I get stuck, and can't figure something out, I flip open the index, search for what I'm trying to do, and find an answer about 95% of the time. Highly recommended. You can grab them at most book stores.

yowza...lots...I would hit up Deviantart. You might have to register for an account to download, but there are tons of awesome brushes that people have created. You can find them in the Resources->Brushes->Photoshop category.

Okay folks, I've been really busy, and very lax when it comes to EHM projects - avatars especially. I know there are a few of you who have requested avs that haven't gotten them - I don't really have time to scan through all the threads where I've promised people avs

So here's the new deal: I've cleaned out my PM inbox, and if you want an av, drop me a line. Tell me what you want - give me details and options (a couple of teams/players/styles/etc) - tell me if you want your username on it - etc etc etc. When they're done, I'll post them in this thread, via my TBL gallery.

There are just a couple rules:
1. Please only ask me ONCE to make you an avatar. I heard you the first time.
2. If I've already made you an avatar, I'm going to make one for someone who doesn't have one before I make you a new one. Please be patient.
3. Please understand if you ask me to make an avatar with a really obscure logo/team/player it might not turn out as well as you'd like. I rely mostly on google to find images/logos for my avatars, so if I can't find your teams logo, I can't make you an av!
4. I WILL NOT make you an av with someone else's user name on it (yes, someone did ask!) I won't make you an av that is EXACTLY like one I've already made for someone else. Similar, I'll consider, but exact is just boring...
5. If you're not happy with the av I make for you, please PM me to ask politely for changes, rather than post it in a thread.

I think that about covers it! I'm happy to make avatars for TBL users till my hands fall off, so ask away!
