But he got some decent punches in.
Has there ever been a Czech fighter? I can't remember.
There was Jan Vodrazka in the minors, but in the NHL?

Shocking news, I was really surprised when I checked stats of last night's games at nhl.com

I read a stat saying that Krejci also fought once in junior and once in the AHL. So now this is his one fight in the NHL.
In all seriousness, he's not a fighter and shouldn't be fighting but it shows that he's got some fire in his belly and can be pushed to fight if he's mad enough.

Jacques Lemaire is back behind the Devils bench. Lamoriello fired MacLean and Lemaire will be the coach tonight at N-Y. Though Lemaire, who has taken is retirement as a coach will be there until the end of the season.

Lucic asn't been suspended for his dirty punch on Meyer. Campbell still sleeping on his desk it seems.

Yeah, that was poor from him. But I don't understand why Ference was so angry after Meyer's hit on Lucic. It seems clean to me
The whole brawl is here
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wrLs0XH1srY, Lucic's punch is at 2:45.
Nice fight by Horton, btw

Man, havent been here for awhile and can see no love being given to the Sens. I have a feeling 2011 will be the time when they go on a 15 game win streak and gonchar earns his paycheck.

Today was my hockey game I won at my Christmas party at the job! That was one hell of a game even if the Habs lost. 50 shots on Pavalec! He got an really good game in the net. I can't say the same for Price thought who was looking like the Price of last year. The first two goals by the Thrashers were complete garbage. If it wasn't from that and Pavelec the game would've finished 7-1.

The next Hasek that pavalec kid. In terms of
bieng good and not by style, cause no
one plays like the dominator.

Sens forward Ryan Shannon shot a puck into the crowd and it hit...his wife! What are the odds of that happening?
"There was a Toronto Maple Leafs fan sitting next to her," Shannon told the Toronto Sun. "But I missed by a couple of inches."

Woah the Habs made a nice comeback against the Bruins!

That's the kind of game I like to watch.

Hahaha at least it was a good hockey game! not just because the Habs made a nice comeback. The Bruins dominated most of the first and second period. They just forgot to do it in the period that count the most.

lol the habs can't play against a team that scores more than 2 goals... Thank god they're in the weakest division...

It's the PP that killed them yesterday. Kristo Letang got an outstanding game!

Man if they want to win games they have to play like the Devils in their boring days. They NEED to get some offensive players so they can play more in the opponents zone. They've added Wisniewsky to their roster and bang He's the third scorer of the team...

How many players will score 20 goals this season with the habs? It's sad...

The only one so far is Gionta with 15 goals and maybe Pleckanec. Anyway we're used to that kind of seasons with MTL. I also think that always getting old coaches like Martin doesn't help.

All hail King Henrik!
With the hottest team in the league on visit, Lundqvist posted his 30th career shutout!
Also, newcomer Wojtek Wolski scored the only goal of the game
