Can we add waiver draft or expansion drafts in NHL?

Value #2 may well be an on/off setting. I.e. 1 = on/activated and 0 = off/disabled. You could try setting it to zero and see what happens.

Alternatively, it might be -1 rather than 0 that signifies off/disabled.

Yeah the last two are definitely the reserve lists. I did notice though that actually the QMJHL has a 55 man reserve list in game, does anyone know if it is meant to be actually 55 or rather 50?

EDIT: Just found this in the administrative rules of the QMJHL:
6.02 TOTAL NUMBER OF PLAYERS ON THE ELIGIBILITY LIST
The eligibility list of each team shall not include more than 50 eligible players.

However further on it says:
6.03 PLAYERS AUTHORIZED TO BE REGISTERED ON THE ELIGIBILITY LIST
The teams can register the following players on their eligibility list:
a) selected (drafted) players;
b) players having signed a major junior certificate for the current year within the authorized period;
c) players whose names have been kept on the eligibility list;
d) players having signed a training camp form before the opening of the regular season; and
e) each team is entitled to a maximum of five free-agent forms in order to register a player on its list without having the obligation to ask for his release; these forms can be used from the beginning of the regular season until February 10th, at noon.
Could this be the reason it is 55 in game? I don't really understand what that regulation exactly means though...

You guys did a great job with compiling league info before, could you now do the same thing but for the playoffs and relegations? It would be of great help!

League name:

Number of teams qualified for playoffs:
Which rounds are played:
How many wins needed to win round (i.e. best of _):
Overtime rule:
Date of playoffs beginning:
Date of last finals game:

Number of teams qualified for relegation:
Format of relegations:
Overtime rule:

Thanks ahead to everyone!

And if there are any rule changes you know of for the next season, please post them as well.
