Well, Cooke played really good for my Oilers, but look at the second pic and you'll understand why I let him go...

That happened often to me with, Heatley-Tavares-Michael Lidström (some swede regen).0gris wrote:

What makes you say he's a regen, he's not.Círyatan wrote:What database are you using? I think Lidas put in a couple of talented prospects into the 2.2 version, just to make this kind of thing possible. It sure is nice to see a Polish regen of that ability.![]()
The first name is spelled wrong, though... should be Szczepan. It's not the most popular name around here.

I think he's the Marius Czerkawskis regen. He use to come up in the 2009 or 2010 draft in the Lidas 1.X rosters, but I guess he doesn't retire that early in the 2.x rosters.jtilson23 wrote:Weirdest thing I've ever seen in a draft:
I quickly checked out the prelim rankings for the 2014 draft class and noticed this player. What the Dickens?
A polish ice hockey phenom with the craziest stats for a 17/18 year old I've ever seen, with horrible consistency. I swear I didn't create this guy, EHM continues to surprise me...
He's not Czerkawski's, Czerkawski was 6'0, this guy is 6'2.eternium85 wrote:I think he's the Marius Czerkawskis regen. As I've said before, regens height and weight can vary. But of course he could be randomly created player. But he's attributes look very similar with Czerkawski and the low consistency too.IceTimer wrote:He's not Czerkawski's, Czerkawski was 6'0, this guy is 6'2.eternium85 wrote:I think he's the Marius Czerkawskis regen. Well when the game starts Czerkawski is finishing up his career in europe somewhere I believe, next time I play I'll look him up, but I don't expect his stats to be that good if he's there.jtilson23 wrote:Was he that good though? Those are superstar technical stats.
I've had tons of regens that height or weight isn't same as the original players.IceTimer wrote:Well when the game starts Czerkawski is finishing up his career in europe somewhere I believe, next time I play I'll look him up, but I don't expect his stats to be that good if he's there.jtilson23 wrote:Was he that good though? I should say that I really doubt that it's Czer's regen because of the height difference, because I've never heard of a regen not being the same height, if this is the case here, then this is a 1st, or someone got Czer's height wrong.
Only the 2nd pic works.eternium85 wrote:I've had tons of regens that height or weight isn't same as the original players.IceTimer wrote:Well when the game starts Czerkawski is finishing up his career in europe somewhere I believe, next time I play I'll look him up, but I don't expect his stats to be that good if he's there.jtilson23 wrote:Was he that good though? Here Czerkawskis regen from one of my saves:
Czerkawski
Czerkawski2
This is from Lidas 1.3 rosters. I haven't played that far with the 2.x rosters that I could find him there. But it looks like Czerkawskis height is really wrong in the database 'cause this guy too is 6'2.
He had pretty good technicals at age 34/35 too.jtilson23 wrote:This is what I gathered from his real life hockey stats:
Elitserien totals:
124 GP - 36 G - 35 A - 71 PTS
NHL totals:
745 GP - 215 G - 220 A - 435 PTS
Good stats, but not quite deserved of his superstar technicals shown in the regen @ age 17 (or any age). I'd expect 15s and 16s at the highest, with a bit better consistency.
