Challenge 26

Now that we've got new rosters for the 2012-2013 season, we need a TBL challenge to break them in! Thanks to everyone that put so much hard work into updating the new rosters.
Please be sure to re-read the challenge rules as we've changed them. We've allowed another trade but with special restrictions. We've also loosened the restrictions on UFA signings. These changes were made to encourage everyone to continue playing their challenge team for more than a couple seasons. I hope everyone gives it a shot.
