EHM The Blue Line

I downloaded an attribute tracker but it seems that I have to enter the data in myself. Is there any add on that would display it next to their attributes in game? Like if he was a 15 at checking, but then he gained one point, it'd say +1 next to it? And also, what's the best way to develop young players? I'm new to this forum so I've had to try things myself. But I don't know what to do, if I play them in the AHL for a while, then bring them up to the NHL, they don't improve. If I put them into the NHL immediately they get much worse. Because they're not ready to play at that level. But when these same plays are on other teams, they improve remarkably. What's the best method of developing young players?

Yep all manual. EHM is not able to handle any add on at this point that can show you the attribute growth over time. Its unfortunate as that would be super cool but it just cannot be done at this point. If someone wants to try and figure it out. WAHOOO cool.

Practice.. hard. Put them in areas where they have success. If getting less than 6.75 in any league, drop em down a league (I usually drop em if less than 7 and have enough players). If getting 6.5 on 1st line drop em to 2 or 3 line....drop em down a league if not getting the job done on 3 or 4 line. They need confidence and appropriate ice time. They need good coaches for their stlye of play...

Check out the Prospect Development thread. All kinds of advice. Plus the bigger they are...the better their ratings will come out I sometimes sign a great big guy (Say 6'5 or more 220 lbs or more) and play him on my top level team, even though his attributes (sometimes including aggression and strength) suck....on say a 3 line or 2-3 d pairing. Those guys often get decent ratings and morale and confidence goes high all the time....and they get results. Somewhere on this forum I posted stuff about a player I had...Hank Brown (from my use fictional names game) who had no rating above a 14 but was playing 20 minutes for me as a 2nd pair dmen with a Stanley Cup Champion team. Hank was 6\6 245

take a screen shot every so often and just compare the pictures

Haha, funny that you mention that, cause that's actually what I do. But a little number next to the attribute would be a lot easier, especially when you wanna track your whole team. I'm not someone who is capable of making such a thing, but it doesn't sound like it'd be too hard for someone who knows what they're doing.
