EHM The Blue Line

I have been trying to create a fictional league over the Allsvenskan and Elitserien. So far I have successfully managed to Hex Edit my nation (Vegakarlshafoya) over FYR Macedonia into the latest Manimal database. Subsequently I changed the nationality of the Allsvenskan and Elitserien to Vegrkarlshafoya and moved all the existing teams into the Swedish lower divisions and lowered their rep. I then moved an 28 low rep teams from Russia, Norway and the US into the Allsvenskan (16) and Elitserien (12) and changed the nationality of the clubs moved to Vegrkarlshafoya with the intention of editing these clubs later.

I anticipated that changing the Elitserien and Allsvenskan's nationality would cause problems, hence why I didn't begin editing teams. Upon attempting to load up my "Vegrkarlshafoya" database for a test I first got two messages reading:

Unable to find DB_COMP_SWEDISH_ELITSERIEN.index and
Unable to find DB_COMP_SWEDISH_ALLSVENSKAN.index

However it did load up to the nation select page. but when the game tries to initiate the games database the subsequent messages appear:

At which point the game crashes.

I'm not sure what I can do to remedy these, what I'm looking for in hex editing or if I can even work around this. Suggestions and advice would be greatly appreciated.
