to have discussion with them in team or personnally

and very important: try to motivate them before, during and after the game?

I don't think I've seen any suggestion of this to date.

I always found this feature on FM to get really dull very quickly. It gets pretty repetitive and I end up assigning all of it to my Assistant. I wouldn't mind being able to discipline players, however.

Id like it to exist. Id like to be able to tell a not so good rookie that he's doing ok, to hopefully help him get better, etc
