EHM The Blue Line

So I've invested quite a lot of time into this one save... and I've now just realized that I didn't check off the CHL in the leagues so I'm unable to play there (which is where I wanted to end up!). Is there any way to add leagues to a game?

during the game there is not way to add league..u will have to start over a new game

There's no way to extract rosters from a save game either eh?
