"No more invalid database error when attempting to launch a quickstart" is number 15 on the list of fixes currently being worked on (the 2nd Patch is being worked on, but hasn't been released yet) http://www.ootpdevelopments.com/board/f ... pdate.html

On the newest updated rosters there“s an limit of 6 foreign players in the Swedish, why? Trying to play with my team Modo but theres no fun as the rosters is not up to date by far. Is it because of the limit foreign players like Kristian Forsberg,Dave Spina,T.J Hensick and Jeff Tambellini is not on the rosters?
How can i change this?

sorry just bought fhm so sorry for this dumb question.... is there a way to update the rosters without creating a new file every time... for example like for ehm 07 there was the pregame editor... I dont want have to create a file and then have to re-enter in the trades every time i create a file... for example it says opening day or nov 24th... theres been some trades since nov 24th... how do i fix that

This exact question was asked today on the OOTP Forums (maybe it was you?!). This is my answer:

No, you have to create a new game. However, if you do not click on Play/Continue and you just make you changes using Commissioner Mode, you can use the "Save as Quickstart" option. This will allow you to create new games from it. IIRC the "Save as Quickstart" option was enabled, but I don't know if that's still the case.

IMO the Save as Quickstart option is less than ideal because there is no random attribute generation at game start up. As I understand it, when you start a new game, the game will fill in any blanks with random attributes. However, once you create a Quick Start from a saved game, the attributes have all been set and so there will be no variation from game to game.
