Face-packs and other add-ons

Just a small question. Can I use e.g the new QMJHL facepack in my old save. I'm playing my first season with the Mooseheads and it would be nice to get some pics.
I have the 1.0.1 version of the game.

The new facepack doesn't work...
Not Found
The requested URL /files/facepacks/qmjhl_facepack.zip was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
There seems to be the same problem with every file.
