Young Player trying to push me around?

So I notice this 23 year old player with "UNH" next to his name on the roster's page, I don't understand why. Then I click him, look in the information, and read this next to the "Future" part, and it says:
"Believes you should be more patient with your staff."
Now unless he's using some sort of euphemism here, what the heck is he talking about?!

Usually this comes from firing a popular coach when the team is playing well and the player doesn't think he should have been fired. Players will do this with regard to other players too. If you fine or put up for trade a popular player when a player doesn't think they should be fine/made available you'll see "Unhappy with treatment of teammate."

That is odd... you didn't can anyone?
Was this a player on your team or in your system? It's not neccesarily what you specifically did; could have been with another team he was with that year too.

Did you perhaps discipline someone? Or if hes playing for your AHL affiliate, maybe it was something the GM did there.

Might've been someone the farm club did, but no, this player has been with my team the entire season (and this message came up during the playoffs). I actually discovered two players with the same message. the other player was Scott Jackson, defenseman. I claimed Tverdovsky off waivers and played him a game...wonder if Jackason and this other guy were upset about Tverdovsky coming in and Jackson getting scratched. /shrug
