Practise schedules?

I'm a little unclear as to what attributes are affected by what schedules. I know the obvious ones like skating schedule would affect agility, speed and balance. But what about work rate? Creativity? That entire middle column of attributes is filled with a bunch of stuff that I don't know how to specifically raise.
Is there a chart or guide somewhere? I don't know where to find this 'manual' that I see people talking about either. Maybe that would help me.

Thx for the help again guys!!

You can check out the EHM Guide at the top of these forums, next to Main Site.

Another good article on it is found here:

Practice Guide

Thx for the info. That's an excellent guide! But I'm still unclear as to how you can raise the following on a player, or are they just natural abilities that will rise with time/experience? Also, what exactly do each of them show on the ice? For instance I guess bravery would be more for def & wingers, the likelihood of them plowing into the corners unafraid, but what of the rest?

Bravery
Creativity
Determination
Flair
Influence
Workrate?

Any info on these much appreciated! Thx.

I believe those traits aren't ones that can be trained. Those are a player's mental makeup. That's his character. As far as I know, those traits don't really change much (if at all) over the course of the game. I think they should though. Playing with a highly talented and creative player can rub off you. Look what Mario has done for so many players over the years. Or what about having the right coach? A coach with with a high discipline trait should be able to increase a player's determination and workrate and a coach with a low discipline should lower it.

Exactly!
I specifically look for determination and influence in coaches, cause I figured that's exactly what they were...good pressure/influence. I figure my young goalie would be more determined and susceptible to learning and improving if he was being coached by Tretiak, rather than some Bob Scott from Arkansas with the same 'coaching goalie' rating. There probably is no 'reputation' rating mixed in there though. Like hiring Gretzky to coach your kid has GOT to be better than some unknown form Latvia, who maybe got his high coaching rating from teaching Tier 2 juniors all his career.

As the main title fit with the subject of my question, I'll ask my question here ...

I want to know how works practice schedule. I mean, how many times a week a team is practicing in the game. In real life, it's almost everyday but there's no mention of the practice frequency in the game.

It would be interesting to know this because it would influence a lot of practice aspects, ex: the duration of a practice drill, the intensity, etc.

Also, can we set extra practice like it was permitted in a older version of EHM if im right (not sure)

Thks !

Frequency is up to you. Players will keep practicing as long as you have them on a schedule.

And extra practices aren't around anymore. Best you can do is bump-up the intensities... but it won't have any motivational effects like it did in the freeware.

Yes but is there any option to adjust practices frequency ? ? ?

I know they are practicing as long as they are set to a practice drill, but how often in a week they are practicing ? ? ? 3,4,5 ???

No, there's no option for it. It's up to however often you choose to let them rest/practice. If you want them going twice a week, then put them on a schedule for two days, then move them to 'Rest' for the remaining 5 days.

It's equal to however long you have them practicing. If you leave them on a schedule all week, it'll naturally be 7 days. If you never move them to the 'Rest' schedule, then they'll never stop practicing(except in the off-season, where I believe the game rests them automatically until pre-season).
