Sorry to ask, having trouble modding.

Hello all.
I am getting in a bit of a mess trying to get my EHM 2007 up to the present day. I have managed to update my rosters so I can play. What I can't do is get my facepacks to work. I have downloaded the file and extracted to the picture folder in the database but I get nothing. I use the CSD patch. Also how do I get the leagues to show as their present day iterations such as the KHL?
I am on windows 8 if that makes any odds on the subject.
thank you,
Nath

The facepacks have to have the correct dates of birth, and they must be in the correct folder (I run Windows 7 still, in this order: Sports Interactive ->EHM2007 ->data ->pictures ->players).
The leagues are hardcoded and can't be changed without some heavy coding/cracking (which I wouldn't recommend). You can switch one team out for another or change names, but the league structures can't be changed.
You can find more info about both subjects above with some searching on this site.

Ah ok. Thank you. So am I correct in assuming that I'd need to use the non patched rosters etc and without the CSD patch?

I've checked and the date of birth is fine. I experimented by taking the '19' out of 1988 and ensuring the date was written in the same format but no luck. Any ideas?

Are you using 'Run as Admin' when running the game?

I tried that but then it didn't recognise the version of my game. I have a disk so I tried uninstalling and reinstalling with the file off sky drive with no luck.
I'm just a bit stuck now.

Can you post a "screenshot" of a player. And post the same players ".png" file name here? Just to make sure you have that one right.

Your screenshot shows that you have a 'Players' sub-folder within your 'Players' folder. This is wrong. The images should be directly within your first 'Players' folder.

Thank you so so much. That worked. I knew I would be missing something simple!

Yes they were correct, and it got solved already. I had a feeling it would be solved with a few screenshots.
