Disliked Staff

I sent one of my prospect to the farm team during the off-season (July) and now my name appears as his Disliked Staff.
Is it permanent or it might change again later? Or is there a way to change it.

Haha! Lol, sorry.
They can change. So no it's not permanent. But I don't really know how to "change" it.

He's a good defensive forward and Lol he's been missing the entire pre-season camp and still absent without permission the first week of the season!
I don't know if I should try to buy his contract, trade him or wait until he comes back!?

I never bother with players who dislike me. It can bring the whole team down, create tension. I'd just trade him.

Just buy him that hooker he wanted on your last road trip and all will be ok
