EHM The Blue Line

I patched the game and didn't read the patch instructions correctly and screwed up the save. I know I can't fix that, but since then I have tried to start new games that have crashed shortly after starting.

I even attempted to run the game without the patch and with the original rosters and it freezes in June of the first year, either on the 15th or when it is changing over to July. Any ideas? Because right now I can't do anything with the game and it is frustrating.

I'm sorry if this is a redundant post, but I have tried to search this problem and keep coming up blank.

I attempted to run the game with the patch, and followed the instructions to the T and the game continues to not respond when moving from June to July. I even saved the game after the February 1st and tried opening the save without the patch and it still crashed. Not sure what to do from here.

I'm an ass. It was the antivirus software. Sorry to waste your time.

That's actually pretty interesting. It's the first time somebody has mentioned that the CSD Patch can be affected by antivirus software.
