Editing Contracts in a Saved Game

Is there an add on or editor that allows me to edit a players contract in a saved game? I've tried used the Saved Game Editor and you can't edit contracts with it. If there is an editor that would allow me to do that please let me know as it would be greatly appreciated.

Alas there is not currently an add on or editor that allows contract editing in a saved game...
