Many players on my team are uninterested in negotiating contracts, now, it's the end of June, and this will continue through July (I tried without saving) and it is seemingly impossible to get ANY of them to resign with me.

Well no matter how hard you try, some players just dont want to play for you anymore. Its nothing personal, its just good hockey

Also, they might change their mind when July draws near. If not, you just have to let them go to FA and possibly try to sign them then.

That's alittle frustrating, considering it's almost half my team (Some are RFA's, not sure what to do about that, either)

Sorry, I know this post is really late, but ...

I have found that some uninterested players (or agents, haha) will come around if you focus on one year contracts around what they think they deserve (this is hard to tell if they dont want to resign) or if you massively overpay them.

.. though sometime they just want to walk ..

Oh, well, overpaying almost half my team, with one year contracts just isn't worth it.

Which league are you coaching in?

I think this is at least in part a bug. Certainly in the European leagues it is extremely difficult to retain your team from the first season.

Late response but it was the NHL as the Senators, I started a new save game cause obviously having like 12 roster players uninterested in contract negotiations was just foolish. Obviously some players want to walk, but this many?!

Maybe change of "Player Status" might help..
