EHM The Blue Line

This is a 2014/15 roster update for Eastside Hockey Manager 2007. This is the first version to be released this season.

In order to use these rosters, you will need to use the Custom Start Date Patch (version 1.4 or higher) so that you can play from the 2014/15 season. CHANGELIST:

• Note that this update is still a work in progress. We are releasing it now because we appreciate most users want a new update given the time of year. The rosters are in a very good state, but there is some ongoing work to be completed (e.g. updating the SPHL rosters and adding more player career histories).
• Updated teams and rosters for the following:

• We have moved the NHL salary cap back to the default $44 million and calculated salaries accordingly.

• The SPHL teams are back in the UHL but rosters are not updated, yet.
• Added the NHL Entry draft, CHL import draft and the OHL draft. Started to work on the QMJHL and WHL drafts.
• Rated some Finnish and Finnish league-based players.
• Started to update NCAA rosters
• Updated CA/PA, Position, Role, Shot-side, Squad Number, Height/Weight and Junior Preference for the QMJHL. Started with the same for the OHL and WHL
• Created lots of new players
• Various player ratings and other tweaks

IMPORTANT NOTE: When selecting which leagues to play (on the League Select Screen), select the start earliest start date available. If you select the NHL start date with a European league selected, the game will likely crash. This is because the the NHL start date is too late a start date for some of the European leagues. So long as you select an August start date then the game will work fine. As a general rule, always select the earliest start date from the drop-down menu:




There are two editions of the rosters available:


CSD Patched Rosters
This edition of the rosters is designed for use with the CSD Patch (version 1.4 or higher). You must set the start date as 2014 using the CSD Patch when starting a new game with these rosters. Please note that versions 1.0 - 1.3 of the CSD Patch are not compatible with the rosters. You must use CSD Patch version 1.4 or higher. 2006 Non-Patched Rosters
This edition is for those who are unable to use the CSD Patch and need to continue with the 2006 hardcoded start date. These rosters are identical to the Patched Rosters but all dates have been pushed back by 8 years so that the 2014/15 season can be simulated using the in game 2006/07. For example, players' dates of birth appear eight years earlier than real life; as do the player career histories, competition histories, etc. (e.g. the 2006/07 player career histories appear as 1998/09 in game).
