Draft Lists

Was wondering when does the lists for OHL, WHL, QMJHL, CHL Import get generated. Just because i am currently Norway U20 GM and just wondered when the new list of players for the Import draft get generated in the game so i can start to search for upcoming players for my Norway U20 club.
