EHM The Blue Line

Whenever I try to sim up to a game "go on vacation" it doesn't actually pass time it just stays put and whenever i click my mouse it says would you like to return from vacation.... This is frustrating cuz i have to sim up to every game manually... any solutions?

So what actually happens when you click the Go on Vacation button? Does the window close?

I have the same problem sometimes. Everything looks normal, but it doesn't want to sim and then whenever you go to do something it asks you if you want to leave vacation. I've saved my game, shutdown, and then started it back up and loaded my saved game and it seems to work after that. I think it's a bug.

Happened to me twice. Both times were around February/March. The combination of simming a couple of days and then restarting the game seemed to resolve the problem somehow, but only restarting or only simming ahead didn't resolve it, IIRC.
