EHM:EA- Players leaving NHL for Europe too easily

First of all, thank you to everyone who has made EHM:EA happen. I just noticed the game was made on Monday and it's already consuming almost every hour of my spare time.
I do want to say though, that having completed my first NHL Season (the obligatory "tank for McDavid" season), there's one thing that I haven't heard mentioned much here, if at all, and feel it needs to be addressed: Players giving up on the NHL to go play in Europe far too easily.
Example A: Keith Kinkaid was my starting goalie throughout my "Tank for McDavid" season. He started 56 games, and his numbers weren't too horrid, GAA a bit over 3.00. On July 3, 2015, I offer him 3 years at $1,200,000 per with the intention of keeping him as my backup. On July 7, he announces he is signing with a team in Sweden. No young prospect at his age, from the US (or Canada), who just started 56 games in his first full season, got a market value contract with the NHL team showing complete faith in him is running to Europe.
Example B: Max Rinehart does similar, and I even had Griffin and Sam on my roster through trades; so all three were in the system. He gets a market value contract on the 3rd, bolts on the 7th for Europe.
If just one of things happened, I would be more inclined to let it slide. But both happening raises a red flag. Please, developers, include a tweak on this on your to-do list as you fine tune the game to make these type of players not give up on the NHL in a week. I could understand if they bolted without a contract in August, but not when they have a market value offer from the team owning their rights, and they leave in seven days.
