Best League to start in for a challenge

Which is the best league to start in ?? I have played one season in the ECHL with Stockton and won the Kelly Cup ?? Which league would be the most challenging ?? for Early release ??

Perhaps try the Mestis or Allsvenskan? They're probably the lowest leagues right now.
The AHL might be interesting because your roster will be affected by the players your NHL affiliate sends down/recalls.
