I understand you manage what you select basically in the league selections screen

Is their any benefit to selecting ALL of the leagues when I'm going to be doing NHL/AHL stuff?

Or if I was doing a Brit League... would I want to select the NHL at all?

The leagues you select are the ones available to you to play as a GM. Also, if selected, it makes them visible in the world tab menu and you can see the standings, statistics, scoring league leaders, etc, for each of those leagues you selected. Also you will have the option to use the full simulation (enhanced) for those leagues as opposed to only be able to have quick sim if not selected.

The game takes longer to simulate the more leagues you have on full sim.

However it won't make much of a difference if they are on quick sim.

Again it depends if you want to do full sim vs quick sim and if you want to be able to see and navigate the leagues statistics or be limited in doing that by un-selecting a league.

So can I do a NHL/AHL/ECHL ...

but just quick sim everything else?

I do like looking at other leagues and what they are doing.

Yes you can select all leagues and then go into detail level and customize which leagues you want to full sim and quick sim.
