Would someone be willing to update the prospects in the draft to be a little more like irl

The roster-team are continuosly working on updating the db, feel free to help them if you are that impatient.

I'd be willing too... just how do i do it?

The last roster update was made for EHM07 where youngsters developed at a rapid rate compared to EHM:EA. That's the reason you're looking at "weaker" youngsters in the game.
For the next TBL Roster that is meant for EHM:EA, which will be the first one(!), those guys will be rated differently.

It's not like we don't have any clue what we're doing here?!

Don't over do it though, prospects turn out good now, just takes a few years

We always test the databases. We're not sending out databases blindly.
