EHM:EA Network Mode

So it looks like it's possible to play network games in EHM:EA. I don't recall seeing this in any changelist. Did this appear in today's patch or have I just completely missed it when it first appeared?
Has anybody tried it yet?

Hi everybody!
@archibalduk: i'm the guy from twitter who asked this question. so i've played 15.5.1b this morning and network options were inactive as usual. i've noticed the change immidietly after 15.6b update, tried to start and save it - no errors. New option is available as well (IP Ban) which seems to be a further evidence of network game possibility to me.

I clicked on it and got an error message. I think it's just there to tease us right now.

Well, it seems the Network Mode has been removed in today's hotfix (15.6.1b).
