EHM The Blue Line

So I realize that a player that has asked for a trade will impact the team, but exactly how much will it affect my teams morale/performance?

Will a player that is unhappy/asked for a trade eventually become happy again?

Zibanejad asked for a trade in the summer of 2015, and I haven't been able to find a good enough deal for him, so I've just been playing him, he's been splitting top line minutes with Girgensons, until recently when I put him on the 4th line due to poor performance.

SO I guess what I'm asking is, am I able to 'wait it out' or will he remain unhappy?

Put him "Available", after some time he would change his attitude.

It is possible (not likely I think) that he won't change for a LONG time (I had a guy unhappy with me in EHM2007 for two seasons plus...)

Yeah, I'm finding it hard to get any good value in return for him, (teams not wanting to give anything big in return.) Not for lack of me trying. And I have tons of center depth, so eventually someone has to go. Might end up settling for not full value so younger players get their shot.
