Efficiently managing my scouts?

Hello there, first time poster. I'm really digging this game but am pretty new to it. So far I think I have a lot of the basics down but I was wondering if there were any easy short cuts to reduce the tedium of some of the tasks. I'm finding the scouting system, in particular, to be tedious in some ways. I like to scout all the upcoming prospects in the draft but it takes awhile to send scouts to each individual prospect by right clicking each one individually. Is there some sort of select all shortcut for a page of prospects? I'm going to scout them anyway, but it breaks up the flow of the game to keep doing it one by one. I've searched the forums and so far haven't found an answer as to whether this game has it (I'm playing the Early Access Edition BTW). Would be a godsend to get it done quicker.
Thanks in advance.

The only thing I can come up with is either sending a scout to scout your shortlist (after you've added to it all the players you're interested in) or scout the whole Draft, perhaps?

Something that could help is assign scouts to 17 and 18 year olds in North America, Scandanvia and Eastern Europe. You'll get some guys just drafted, but that should cover a lot.

Go to scouting, select one scout and assign him to scout entry draft.

When in doubt, I either have my scouts with downtime scout the draft, or my farm teams. I figure you can never get too much data on the kids in developmental systems for your organization.

I always have my scouts set to the 3 CHL leagues WHL, QMJHL, OHL and I pick a few USA college leagues with the most teams. Plus I have a scout with max scouting settings search the NHL Entry draft.
I also like to search through the top rank D man skaters that are both sides LD/RD helps big time. I've gotten some crazy ass steals just cause some guys have high work and produce well while developing.

My style is probably woefully inefficient, but here is my scouting setup for my WHL run.
4 scouts on the WHL draft, 1 doing general scouting, 3 doing Goalies/Defense/Forwards.
1 Scout doing the CHL import draft
1 scout doing Youth Players
Rest of the scouts doing nations. (Canada, USA, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Russia, Czech, Slovakia, Switzerland)
I'm sure there are better ways to scout, but I feel i've gotten quite a good pool of players that may or may not be going into the WHL.
