How do we stop a staff member from retiring... with Lou being his age that he is after 2014 he will retire from leafs gm is there a way we can kep him from retiring until 2017-2018 or no.

You could try adding a fixed retirement for him in extra config file. If that fails, then I am afraid there is no way.

Yes. Use the pre-game editor and make the edit in the extra_config

I haven't messed with the extra_config in years, at least it feels like it, forgot all about it.
