I don't know which version of the patch currently runs in our downloads section, but i've seen yesterday that SI updated their patch.
The update fixes the too many injuries issue.
For the ones who already have the original patch, you won't have any problem installing the updated one. Just do the normal installation way of the patch and it will update your game.
Here's the link:

I strongly recommend everyone to use rapidshare for the download,as it's really faster

That's made things a little complicated
I've just updated the patches hosted on the server so that they're up-to-date. Thanks for pointing that out, Shadd
You can check if your EHM is up-to-date by clicking on the "check for updates" button in the main screen (the screen which gives you options such as new game, load game, etc).

They really should have updated the number on this one... then there wouldn't be the confusion. But that's up to Duffy though and he chose to just 'hot switch' them.
So do one of three things to assure you get/have the right patch...
1. Get it here
2. Check the in-game updater to see it tells you you need the patch, then get it here
3. Check the 'created on' dates of the patches if you have both on your computer; one should be dated a day later so use that one.

Wait that mean there's two 3.0.1 right?

Basically yes...

but even the new patch will only update your game to 3.0.1.
The game's new search for updates feature will recognize if you have the old or new patch though. It will tell you there is a minor update available if you have patched your game with the old patch.
The versions we have on the server right now (and have since earlier today) are the updated patches.
However it can get tricky if you downloaded the patch earlier: for example the two Mac patches are the exact same size, the only way to tell the difference is one's 'created' date is a day later.

Yeah. They would have better name the "updated patch" version 3.0.2,in order to avoid any possibility of confusion...
